Which Spanish learning program is better: "Spanish for Dummies All-in-One" or "Learn to Speak Spanish Deluxe"?
I can't decide between the two programs, they're both about the same price, and both have very good reviews, but I can't decide which to get. I know nothing about the Spanish language except for "hola". I'm a beginner. Pros and Cons about the two would help. Any suggestions are okay.

Hi,
I would go for Learn to Speak Spanish Deluxe.
It is quite well integrated system with real life dialogues, voice recognition, culture movies, tests and you can set your own personalized Spanish lesson plan + reference book in pdf format. Price is good too.
Just note that this software and Spanish for Dummies both are for learning a very very basic Spanish, like survival phrases for travel. If you are interested to really speak Spanish then you probably need to look for more comprehensive courses.
For example:
Pimsleurs Spanish – audio only, very effective . Can download from internet
Tell Me More Spanish – the most comprehensive course, has everything from beginner to expert, all possible features, less expensive than Rosetta Stone
Rocket Spanish – good program to learn Latin American conversational Spanish. Audio lessons+ games and exercises software. You will get quite a lot for your money.
You can compare these and other most popular Spanish courses side by side at:

Have fun with your learning!
The issue is you, the two programs are not the problem
