Which schools to learn Spanish in Guadalajara?

I am thinking about going to Guadalajara for one week next year to learn Spanish. I took level 1 already. I am still not very confident speaking, writing (yet) so my goals I hope to accomplish in a week 1) feel more confident speaking 2) understand Spanish and the "rhythm" of it when someone speaks. Does anyone know of any reputable companies in Guadalajara where I can meet my goals?
Let me re-iterate - I want to learn Spanish not English.
