Learn to Speak and Understand Spanish
I come from a very pure Mexican family and most of my family members speak Spanish and I would love to learn. But my mom says she'll teach me but i hate to say this but my mom sucks at teaching lmao:) So I kind of want to see if i can find something that i can download or learn from an online dictionary so if you could help that would be great!

All the previous answers are good, I suggest that you get an E-Book too. It is nice to have searchable text. I like to recommend wordreference.com as a phenomenal dictionary to look up words as well as phrases and idiom. Put the verb in and scroll down through the idiom list.
Read Spanish language newspapers. But, unlike most English language papers, Spanish papers are written at a fairly high level. Avoid pop-culture articles or you will get bogged down with slang. If you do not have Skype already, get it. With it, you can talk with people whom you might meet through your romp around the Latin Internet. Maybe use the Facebook to make a friend and chat with Skype.

Once you have a fair understanding of the language, you should watch videos in Spanish to get accustomed to the pronunciation, sentence construction, and understanding of spoken words. You can also get spanish-speaking online friends and exchange emails or chat with them.
Once you’ve got the basics down, try http://www.sharedtalk.com to practice with other people who know the language you are trying to learn. It helped me learn Spanish immensely, there are chat-rooms and you can voice chat with them too.
