I know it sounds crazy but I have heard English speaking people say they find it a lot easier to learn and understand Spanish by watching T.V. Some people like to watch "novelas" or soup operas but I recommend watching constructive channels. I personally don't think it's the best idea to watch novelas but that's definitely your decision.

But, if you did very well in school and your Spanish needs just a little "soaking" then T.V. it's a good option. You can also instead of buying books borrow them from the library. Try conversing with Spanish speakers and have them correct you if you wrong or not sure about something. Other than that I'm not exactly sure what else you can do, unless you want to take a class at a local YMCA or college.

Suerte!

I know what do you feel, 'cause my french was lost for few years, but.... don't worry, U can refresh your spanish, it'is there (in your brain)
First, shop a book, and a dictionary
then, Start to contact people who speak spanish, and try to chat (or talk it¡s better) with them, ask them all your questions
Also you can listen music in spanish (here u've a good website: www.alegsa.com.ar/Notas/40.php) and if u have spanish's chanels, will be easier for U refresh it!

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

The best thing to do is to find a Spanish-speaking boyfriend or girlfriend. Or simply a friend.

Another thing you can do is to watch Spanish-language TV with SUBTITLES!

One more thing you can do is to volunteer for an organization that helps immigrants from Latin America. They can teach you Spanish, you can teach them English.
