I have bought the Idiot's guide to Spanish (complete crap), a bilingual dictionary, Spanish the Easy Way (by Barrons...its actually great)...
I have been making flashcards of the verbs and important nouns...and speaking aloud to myself...I also have been atempting to watch 'Family Guy' in spanish, but it seems to fast and difficult to get anything out of it. I study about an hour a day by myself.
What is the most effective way for me to learn...should I change my tactics...get a tutor...(there aren't any classes starting anytime soon at the Community College)....
ALSO what should I focus on learning...which tenses are most important and used the most...
We learned how to do this in my spanish 1 class, but I've never really got it.
The teacher didn't explain it well.
And I mean I don't get like how you determine what to make the ending to.
I'm think I'm good with -ER verbs

Does present tense mean you are saying you are doing it? Like if i say como is that saying i am eating or just i eat. And if it only means i eat can you please tells me the tense that is the equivalent of -ing in english. Or write it out like for ar ir and er verbs what ending it has. Like -o -as -a -amos -an just for the other tense. Thank you
I'm having difficulties creating indirect object sentences in spanish. I'm supposed to use only the verbs gustar, fascinar, faltar, encantar, importar, and interesar which makes it even harder. Can someone spare the time to give me at least one sentence using these verbs and indirect objects? If so, thanks!
I know o-ue and e-ie but are there any else? also what are some examples of the verbs.
For example, to say "I am going to buy this shirt" you say "Voy a comprar esta camisa".
I'm just wondering what are some verbs like ir where you have to connect the conjugated verb to the infinitive by putting "a" between them. Gracias!
I'm currently in spanish 2 at school and would like to know if there was an easier way to learn spanish along with school. I heard looking at spanish news. With all the verbs and parts of speech, how did you all learn to speak it fluently, and how long did it take?
Did you drink that water? I gave it to you.
Give love. Love everybody.
I am writing a love letter to my boyfriend.
Come out! This is the police.
Yeah. Google conjugates verbs incorrectly. So please dont suggest an online source.

What is the differnces in the use of the verbs "haber" and "tener"? When do you use one and not the other?
I am unsure exactly how to format questions using multiple verbs in a sentence. Example: "I want to learn how to speak Spanish." Is it correct to say, "(Yo) quiero aprender a hablar espanol?" or "I know how to say the word in Spanish." as "Yo se que decir la palabra en espanol."
Thanks for your help.
I've got a final for Spanish 3 coming up this week, and apparently its a final that rarely anyone passes. I'm already failing the class, so i NEED to do well on this final to be able to pass the class. I struggle with memorizing vocabulary, verbs, and grammar. basically everything about the class i struggle with. Does anyone have any study tips or pointers to make this easier on me and in result, i actually comprehend the information?
