Hello, my little cousin!
Do you want me to show you the city?

Please don't use a translator. They aren't accurate.
Thanks!
Would the verb "mirar" work too?
Instead of muestre? Or would that not make sense?

I need a website where I can type in a Spanish word and it'll give an example of that word in a sentence. Displaying how that word can be used. I'm NOT talking about a translator.
Thank you!

Sometimes out of NOWHERE, my computer starts playing audio of this spanish (you can hear him in the background, a translator is talking) guy telling me how to cook lobster. WHAT THE HELL?! It turns off in a couple minutes, but this worries me that I might have some kind of a virus or something.

Are there any helpful books are website to teach a language?
I need to learn Persian and Spanish.
Are there any useful books or sites that help you translate English words to a different language?
Not just a translator really, but something that also teaches you to speak the language.

Thanks!

How do you say "screw my grammar" or something similar in a slangy informal way.
P.S. I know how to use a translator so please do just copy the sentence and try to do that for me I freaking hate that. I want some who actually speak Spanish to answer my question.

Well, I'm 14 and I live in Thailand. We have Thai as our first language and now I'm learning English and I think I'm okay with it. So I want to start the third language between Spanish and German with self-learning or online lesson. Which one is easier and well-known? What should I choose? This language may be useful in my future because I want to be a translator.

Please answer thanks :)
Thanks to everyone!!
Spanish in Thailand is not very popular as German or French. The most popular is Chinese but I don't want to learn an asian language. Can anyone answer me that on the internet, which one is used more often. I always find that in Youtube, every one just like to speak German.

Don't just stick it into a translator. I already tried that. .
I want to know how to translate the expression "girl talk" or "guy talk"

Please let me know what you think!

I'm teaching Nutrition to kids and adults of all different ages (3 classes: young children, adolescents, and adults) in the Dominican Republic. I'm looking for inexpensive books in Spanish that I can buy for the kids that are food/nutrition related so that they can learn the relation between food and good health. I don't know much Spanish (i'll have a translator) so it doesn't help me much searching for books. Any ideas?

- I wrote her a letter yesterday
-He says he's a fireman. But I don't believe him.
-Do I know you?
-I don't know where my mom is?

Thanks soooo much! =D

The idea is turn English words in Spanish words or viceversa. Software isn´t enough to do this. If the software fails, a collaborative site like this would be the solution. This is a Web 2.0 translation web-based software: http://oaks.gracebridge.org/translator/

A wiki is a collaborative site where all or some people can modify all the content, all the pages, or the most of them.

I will contact you if you are interested coming soon.

1. My DVD Player is brand new.

2. My CD Player is brand new.

I am having some trouble with these, I need to match each verb with the correct personal pronoun in Spanish and my translator isn't really helping much. Thanks!

yo (tiene)
tu (tienen)
el (tienes)
nosotros (tenemos)
ellos (tengo)
-------------------------------------

yo (vengo)
tu (vienes)
ella (vienen)
nosotros (vienimos)
ellas (viene)

I need to know how to say "I used to study 5 different languages at once."
and please dont answer if you haven't studied Spanish or isnt a native speaker.. meaning, don't use google or any other translator, cause i can do that myself and it's not exactly the most accurate.
thank you!

I would use google translator-- but I know it is not very accurate. Here are the sentences I need translated from English to Spanish. Thank you.

I went to the movie theatre. My friend went too. We watched a movie. We ate popcorn. It was fun.

I went to the museum. My friend went with me. We saw a lot of art. It was fun. I would like to go there again.

I went to my cousin's birthday party. My family went with me. We ate cake. We gave her a present. It was fun.

I'm planning on buying Rosetta Stone this summer, and I was wondering which language you think I should learn. Here's what I feel about them:
1) learning Spanish would be useful, and I might be able to get a good job as a translator at a front desk or something...but I'm not all that passionate about learning it
2) I would like to learn French more than Spanish, because I hope to go to Europe one day, and I think I could also get a good job as well, however....
3) I would love to go to Japan one day, and maybe even live there for a while. The only problem with this is that not many people here in America speak Japanese, and I don't know if it would bring the same employment opportunities. However, this is the one I think I would be the most passionate about.
What do you think?

This is the translation I need: "I've been busy with work and college. But I'm saving up to go to Italy hopefully this year and I would love to have you as my guide. By the way, if you had a chance, would you like to come visit Las Vegas someday? I could be your guide."

Thanks a bunch, everybody!
Yeah, those online translators aren't as accurate and they tend to mistranslate a lot of meaning in certain grammar. I prefers using a REAL person translator instead.

"Los sabados yo (pasas/paso) el rato con amigos."
"Y tu, como (pasas/pasa) el rato con amigos?"

What do they mean, and which word (with parentheses) is correct?

And I can't use a translator, so please help!
Thanks.

i want to be fluent in spanish and become a translator. would buying spanish books help?

i work in a preschool and i have six spanish speaking children in my classroom, three of the children are bi-linqual they can speak both spanish and english the other three can speak some but i want to learn how to speak spanish b/c i feel that if i am going to be successful at my job as a teacher i need to be able to communicate with all my children and i feel that the hispanic children would feel more comfortable if they knew that when they entered our classroom their was someone who can speak their lanquage. we do not have a translator in the building at all and i think that this is a disservice to the kids in my room...i have tried to listen to spanish tapes but it does not seem to be working i seem to learn more from the children b/c they teach me certain words and phrases in spanish but i want to learn more b/c i feel it is necessary to service not only our children but their families as well....

I have a boyfriend who speaks spanish & puts things on his statuses & i really would like to know what it means. I have a few sentences to decode now but I need a over time translator person first lol. Thanks :)

If I were to go to South America, I know they wouldn't be catering to my needs and my language should I decide to become a citizen. I would have to become completely fluent - no translator would be provided. I would not be allowed automatic foodstamps, housing, welfare. I would be expected to function like everyone else, including speaking the language coherently and fluently. If the US is going to go to such great lengths to make immigrants comfortable here, shouldn't other countries do the same for immigrants to their countries? And to visitors from other countries who live and work there? Fair is fair.
