Do you think Spanish is hard? And how many years did you take to learn all basic things so you could understand people and speak?
I learned Spanish for 3 weeks, I know how to build certain sentences and stuff, but I gotta stop for two months. After that, I forgot almost all words I learned and feel so unmotivated to learn it again. What should I do? I never felt like Spanish is a burden to me, I used to learn it so happily.
how do i translate the words in ( ) to fit these sentences?
1. Estamos (telling) algun cuento interesante.
2. Tu estas (hearing) algunos discos populares?

Could you help translate these two sentences into spanish please? I would prefer if you didn't use an online translator as I could do that myself.
The first is:

Also for this sentence could you please explain which tense you use for "we may not" and why it's used.
The second sentence is:
"The changes Barack wants to implement should benefit Cuba"
Thanks
It's for a presentation, I can do the rest of it, i'm just not entirely sure on the tenses I should use for these sentences.

I need 3 "I give..." sentences for a Spanish project.

I don't want to use a translation website because those are not as accurate.
I may be going to Barcelona in a few months time and there are some sentences I'd like to learn in Spanish before I go.
1. I'm sorry, I only speak a little Spanish.
2. Do you speak English?
3. Your country is beautiful.
4. My name is...
5. Excuse me!
I've heard a few people claiming that Spanish is an easy language to learn (in comparison to others, clearly - obviously you have to still work at it), easier than French, or German, among others.
A YA user who has language degrees said that Spanish has a reputation for being easy.
My psychotherapist told me that his brother was studying Spanish at university, and I said I was planning to take up French. My psych said, "oh my brother says Spanish is a lot easier - the sentences are more simple".
Do you think there is any truth in this? I always wanted to learn Spanish, still do, but i'm just wondering if it is one of the more simple languages to learn. Muchas gracias por tus respuestas! (And i hope that sentence is correct, touch wood lol...) =D
I almost died because she lost the cat
You died because your one hundred years old
He played in the water under the house
She dreamed about purple dogs
I have to write 20 sentences in spanish, but I can't understand these ones.
Thanks!
I have noticed from reading a lot of papers and many many translations that in English when you write a ridiculously long sentence, a teacher or editor will correct it. In German or Spanish however some of the sentences in a report or a newspaper can go on for five or even six lines. What caused our language to become so different?
1. Tiene quince anos.
2. Tiene una guitarra.
3. Tiene una hermana.
4. Tiene un sobrino.
5. A el le gusta jugar futbol.
6. A el le no gusta el basquetbol.
7. A el le gusta el deporte de voleibol.
8. A el le gusta el color azul.
9. A el le gusta las fiestas.
All the sentences our about my partner for my Spanish 3 classes. I would check them myself, but the teacher has not given us books yet. Grasias!
I just need to make sure that these sentences are grammatically correct.
1) El pan fresco, horneado en el noche frío es nuestra comida favorita.
2) Queremos decirte tú comó a hacer este pan delicioso, blando.
Pretty sure there is something off with both sentences! Thanks in advance
(will pick best answer, btw)
How do i write these sentences using Tu, El and Nosotros
Yo me levanto a las seis.
Yo me desayuno temprano.
I work in a hospital in the middle of Texas. Everyday there are patients that come who can't understand anything other than Spanish. I've learned a few commands and sentences to get my point across but I really don't understand too much.
Some people (mostly the women) take blatant offense at my inability to speak in their language. Some (mostly the guys) seem amused with my attempts to speak spanish.
It's fustrating because I'm trying to help them, but how should I react to their rudeness?

Can you please let me know if I did these right. I was suppose to decide whether or not the sentences needed a verb in reflexive or nonreflexive form.
7. Tú __te duchas__ con agua fría.
8. Roberto __mira__ la televisión.
9. Yo __lavo__ los platos después de la cena.
10. Nosotros __nos sentamos__ cera de la pizarra.
The two sentences are:
