I want to learn Spanish mainly to talk to Mexican people.I was thinking of using Rosetta Stone (which brings me to another question - is Rosetta Stone reliable?) but they only offer Spanish (Spain) & Spanish (Latin America) (question #3 which is closer to Mexican Spanish Latin America, or Spain's spanish?).But the point is, would either of those be efficient for talking to Mexicans? And if so how much?

Answer= Because America is not England. Spanish Language is the second most spoken in America. ( USA ).

I will vote for that candidate who speak better Spanish, for the most fluent Spanish Speaking American Presidential candidate .

What language learning tools have you used? Is Rosetta Stone worth the cost? Are there any other programs you recommend?

...English or vice=versa?
I am an English speaking student studying Spanish. The Franklin "Ingles en su Bolsillo (English in your Pocket) electronic tutoring & dictionary device seems to me to be designed for Spanish speaking persons who are studying English and not for English speaking individuals learning how to speak Spanish. Which is which? Can anyone who has bought this item help?

I live near Miami, and the majority of the population either speaks spanish, is rude, or speaks rude spanish lol. I just want to be able to say this to them to get my point accross! (they came here from 'wherever' because it's better, but refuse to learn the language?!?!?!)
Go read this, you'll see why it p*isses me off.

And "bella" and "come break me down", you're both idiots. There are Immigration laws for a Reason.
Mr.Inquisitor.

You're one of the people I'm upset with. Yes, I realize I'm in miami and that I'm the minority here, but you fail to get it through your obviously brick-thick skull that Miami is a part of the UNITED STATES, in which ENGLISH is the national language. Would you move to Germany and expect it's residents to cater to your language deficiency? I think not.

I'd really love for you to read my blog (link above). And feel free to spout some more horse-s*hit at it. I won't even waste my time deleting it. I'd like eveyrone who reads it to see the fault in your reasoning.

I know some spanish from high school but that was 6 years ago. My boyfriend mentioned that he would love to hear me talk to him in spanish while we were making love. Like saying sweet, romantic & sometimes talking dirty to him. What is the easiest way to learn some phrases I could use while in bed....????

It sounds so hard & complicated, but I really want to learn the language.

I really want to learn spanish. I thought about getting Rosetta Stone but it's a little too pricey for me. Does anyone know if "Learning Spanish Like Crazy" (Vol. 1 & 2) really works? I can't seem to find anything negative about it online when I google it! And hey I'm just being honest, that kinda worries me a little bit! Can something really be THAT good that there is ZERO complaints about it?? If you have used this program, please let me know what you think about it.
