Spanish Talk Radio Stations (Spanish as in actually from Spain)?
I'm learning Spanish.
I want to get better at speaking in an academic manner.
I think the best way would be to listen to debates, discourses, lectures, book interviews, etc.
So essentially I'd like to know which radio stations (preferably not Latin American, as my boyfriend is from Spain) broadcast via their websites. I'm not really interested in news stations, because they hardly ever expand on thoughts or stop to analyse anything closely.
I'd prefer something like BookTV or NPR, anything like that.
Thanks

Hi try http://www.delicast.com and they click on Spain( you’ll find the countries listed on the left of the page).
After you click on Spain just click on radio and you ‘ll see there are 7 pages of radio stations to choose from.
You can choose the stations according to tehir city. If you are learning it’s probably best to stay with a station in Madrid or the north. You could try listening to the other station in Andalusia as your Spanish improves. This is not meant as an offence but Andaluz is quite different from the spanish spoken elsewhere.
Some station which are good to listen to are
Kiss FM
Hits FM Madrid
RNE radio 3
M80 hits.
Hope this is some help to you.
If you think it’s too fast or too difficult, go to iTunes and they have some reaaly good downloads for learning spanish. Have a look and see some good ones are learn spanish with Spanish coffeebreak ( Radio Lingua Networl) or Spanish pod101.
Learn to speak Spanish with discover spanish .com is good as well.
http://www.discoverspanish.com
http://Www.los40.com
You can listern to 3 stations for free online on their website
The Government radio & TV stations are on "www rtve.es".
They speak standard Spanish Spanish. Talk stations may teach you slang which you should not learn…………………..yet.
Mmmhhh, talk radios… most of the stations broadcast music or news, or sports, like Radio Marca, the only ones of taht kind that I can think of are COPE and SER. Problem is that listening to either of them can cause brain cancer. Politicised stations, most of the hosts and participants tend to be extremely sectarian in their views, and you can feel the heat, though they also have some interviews and cultural stuff. Anyway, It’s up to you, if you just want to practice your listening it might be a good idea, cause they really elaborate on their rants and banters. XD.
There’s another one, InterEconomia radio. Basically about the economy, stock exchange and stuff, with some more ordinary topics as well.
Onda Cero is a radio station broadcasting here in Benidorm¨:

also Radio Serena:

Hope this has helped you
Look at TVE channel at Direct-Tv cable television,is direct from spain and a easy way to learn spanish.
I would go with one of the state owned stations (TV and radio). Since they are national (coverage) they try to not be region specific. Also, there are some interesting talk programs and not just music (you will not learn much Spanish by listening to JLo).
