i was watching some random spanish talk show and one lady said that she was already preparing for it. I'm panicking because i think its so dumb!! my 8 year old brother surfs the internet just fine and my parents have heard of parental control!!! so anyways please let me know if its true.

Well it’s not true in the US at least. Some people think the internet should be completely controlled…. I don’t agree. If you can’t teach your children how to be safe on the internet, that is the parents problem, but society always has to try to save us from ourselves.
