Learn to Speak and Understand Spanish
I bought this Spanish learning CD so i could learn spanish, its part of my culture and I barely know any of it. I heard that if you put it on some kind of music player, go to sleep, and play it over night, youll learn it(not only languages but other things too), is this true?

No. Anymore than listening to CD’s of piano music in your sleep will turn you into a pianist.
No. If it were that easy, everyone would be polyglots.
I seriously doubt you would learn Spanish by doing that, if that were the case, everyone in the world would speak 40+ languages.
Now, you will certainly improve your vocabulary and especially your listening skills, but you need to do other things, such as speaking it out loud, reading in Spanish, writing in Spanish, and studying the grammar and verb conjugations.
you have to make a great effort by listening, speaking, writing, reading.. that program will not work..
