How long would it take me to be VERY VERY fluent in Spanish if I study atleast a few hours a week?
I want to be very conversational in the Spanish language. How long would it take me to get to that level? I'll be learning from scratch.

It depends of your commitment and dedication.Studying the language from a book and going
to class for support is a good thing to do, however, grammar and verb conjugation becomes hopeless
if you do not practice the language. by talking, listening an reading you will improve your skills
faster. if you study an practice the language every day, in one year you should be pretty fluent.
Do not get frustrated if you don’t see results immediately, practice will make perfect.

good luck.
Maybe a year, or less.
Watch Spanish language TV, and get to know people who speak it fluently.
It will take you years, maybe if you did a few hours a day, it would go faster.
How hard will you be studying within those few hours? Are you learning from a teacher or self-teaching or a mixture? Time will vary depending on these.
Besides that you have to understand that often when you learn a language and then go to the country you find that they always use really informal ways of speaking or mix in slang both of which are not covered by a textbook or teacher. Meaning that it is impossible to be very, very fluent without a few trips there or practice with a native speaker.
It will take the time it will take, just because we all have very individual learning pace!
Depends how fast of a learner you are. But, frankly, I wouldn’t expect it to be quick. Try years. Many years.
years of daily practice.
Honestly, it will take about 3 years or something. Spanish is one of the hardest languages.
