ustedes hablan muy fuerte is not right. That’s the wrong way to say it. Usually people make that mistake.

Yeah I don’t "think" is wrong , it IS wrong, you can’t measure the strenght of a sound. In Spanish many speakers would say that, I even said it before, but according to the RAE it’s gramatically wrong. About the pitch and sound example, it’s irrelevant because you can’t compare two words from totally different languages.
