Learn to Speak and Understand Spanish
I recently met a nice Spanish couple in Puerto Plata and I would like to keep in touch but I know hardly any spanish. Is there a way to communicate with them on facebook?

You could use online translators to translate from English or another language to Spanish. The problem with that though, is that they don’t translate correctly and may end up making what you wanted to say sound weird. You could test it out by translating a few sentences from English to Spanish, and take the resulting Spanish sentences and translate it back into English. It’ll probably turn out different and weird x;
So it’s best to learn Spanish or ask someone who knows Spanish to help you type up what you want to say to your friend
Or you could just ask someone here or somewhere online to translate it for you
Learn the language. What a good way to improve your knowledge!
Do they understand some English?
They have a Facebook account?
Google translate, then paste what you want to say into a wall post. Even though google translate doesn’t totally translate correctly, they should understand what you mean.

The first step is to find the handsome guy in facebook by searching his name. and the second task is to use the magic tool I mean google translator to talk spanish to the guy without knowing a word of spanish. trust me it works. once I talked 20 minutes to a korean girl without knowing a word of korean… it’s fun.
Get a English to Spanish dictionary. If you use an online translator for full sentences it will sound bad. Like if you type in "I will be right back" It translates it to "I will be on the back" Online translators don’t do verbs very well. Maybe try rosetta stone or something too
