hi hi
The following page offers some good advice about learning languages in general.
http://how-to-learn-any-language.com/e/guide/index.html
In a nutshell, one of the better ways to learn a language is to:
1) Follow an audio course that focuses on pronunciation (Search amazon for FSI for a good one. It can be boring but it’s very effective). This will help you get your first 100-1000 words, which will let you be able to speak in very basic conversations. Only do beginner and maybe intermediate. You will be wasting your time going through advanced levels.
2) Once you’ve finished a basic/intermediate program, start reading and listening to spanish media; newspapers, magazines, television, etc. This will help you build your vocabulary. If you find a word you don’t know, look it up, write it down on a flash card, and put the definition on the back. Keep the cards with you and go through them when you have free time.
3) Find people and start speaking! This is the only way to get fluency.
The best website would be Live Mocha.
Live Mocha makes it really easy to learn the language.
