Hey, I heard about a really simple diet on a spanish radio station, can you tell me if it works?
Hey, i heard on the radio station that people wake up, eat all the food they want to but at 1 pm, they stop eating and drink water untill they go to sleep. I know its unsafe but my mom really wants to try it so i want to tell her its unsafe but she keeps on asking why its unsafe. Can you please help me explain to her in a better way then i did, thanks.

i believe it is unsafe because you can get malnourished from eating simply all what you want and not what is actually good for your body to run. it isnt sounding as bad as most fad diets but it wont work as your body will hang onto the food it consumes thinking that it is going into starvation mode and hang onto the calories, slowing the metabolism. the spanish eat the meditarranean diet which im thinking of trying. olive oil used instead of cooking fat, and unlimited fruit/veg with lean meats. not to mention red wine as it is good for the heart in moderation. maybe your mom could try this spanish diet instead? hope all goes well
This diet must be pretty new, as I didn’t find anything about it through Google search. However, if I fast from sunup to sundown (even in the winter), I get a headache.
